830 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and responsibilities governing use of the 830 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 830 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To use the 830 platform, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of registration
- A legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement
- Not prohibited by any local laws or regulations from using online betting services
- Registering with accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information
830 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of any user found not to meet the above eligibility requirements at any time, without prior notice.

- Registration information must be accurate
- One account per individual only
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 830 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or financial details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure and for not sharing them with any other party. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or not.
Prohibited Uses
Users are strictly prohibited from using the 830 platform for the following purposes:
- Any activity that violates Malaysian law
- Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
- Using automated software, bots, or unauthorised methods to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes
Breaching any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where necessary, legal action.
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the 830 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and belongs to them.
- Minimum deposit is subject to limits set from time to time
- Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities within the platform
- 830 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity
- Use of payment methods not in your own name is strictly prohibited
- Withdrawal requests will be processed once all account verification requirements have been met
- Bonuses and promotional credits may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted
- 830 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal
- Withdrawals will only be sent to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered under the account holder's name
830 is not liable for any processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
830 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity. This platform is provided "as is" and 830 makes no guarantees regarding winnings or betting outcomes. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount you have deposited within the 30 days prior to the claim.
All content on the 830 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 830 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the platform's content without prior written consent.
The 830 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 830 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
830 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
- Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe
- Account found to be owned or operated by an individual under 18 years of age
- A voluntary request by the user to close their own account
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If the closure is voluntary or unrelated to fraud, the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
830 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the 830 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
